- For bulk or wholesale orders, processing may take 3-5 business days depending on the order size.
Delivery Timeframes
- Within the UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after processing.
- International Orders: Delivery timelines vary between 5-10 business days depending on the delivery destination.
Delivery Fees
- Local Deliveries: Free delivery for orders above AED 1000. Orders below AED 1000 will incur a flat fee of AED 30.
- International Deliveries: Fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination of the package.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through our partner courier service’s website.
Delivery Exceptions
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays, extreme weather, or customs clearance for international shipments.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, additional charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos and order details). We will promptly resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
